How do you store my credit card?
We use Braintree to securely store your card on their fully PCI compliant, SSL, and AES-256 bit encrypted server.
Can I pay for an annual membership?
Sure, and you get 2 months free if you do.
How long are the episodes?
Usually between 10 to 40 minutes. It really depends on the topic. We try to be concise but throw the ocasional joke once in a while to keep things light.
When do you release new episodes?
There's no set release dates for episodes, but you can expect at least one episode every week.
Will you make an episode on ...?
Sure! Send us an email on help @ sketchcasts.net and tell us which topic you'd like to see us cover on Sketchcasts.
Am I tied to a contract?
No. You can cancel your account at any time.
Do you only accept PayPal?
Not anymore, we partnered with Braintree so you can use your credit card, Paypal, Apple Pay, you name it.
How can I cancel my membership?
Easy, just go to Account/Account and Billing and you'll find the magic button.
Why aren't these videos free?
We'd love for all of the content to be free but the time investment (and infrastructure cost) is considerable. A small monthly fee allows the team to dedicate as much energy as possible and keep providing more content about Sketch with the quality you love. We do release some free videos from time to time.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're trully unhappy with your purchase, within the first seven (7) days, drop us an email to request a full refund of your most recent subscription bill. I'll be sad to see you go but we'll stay friends anyway, right?
Which tools do you guys use to create the episodes?
We record with a Blue Yeti microphone, capture with Screenflow and edit on Final Cut Pro. A couple of episodes ago he switched from a 15" Retina MacBook Pro to a Retina 5K iMac, which now allows for better capturing and some new tricks.
